What to expect
At PCC you can expect a warm, welcoming environment centered around Jesus and grounded in the Bible. Our Sunday services last about 60 to 75 minutes and begin with modern worship music, followed by an encouraging, scripture-based message designed to apply to your everyday life. Dress is casual, so come just as you are.

Prairie Crossing Church launched as a mobile plant in April of 2015 out of Berean Church in Pleasant Hill, IA.
A little history:
Our first mobile location was located at Delaware Elementary School at 4401 E 46th St, Des Moines, IA. 2015-2020In 2020 during the Covid virus epidemic. We held services in Berean's North Chapel on Saturday nights from 2020-2021.
Our third mobile location was held in Cinemark Theaters at 2227 Adventureland Dr, Altoona, IA.
In 2023 we were blessed with our current permanent location in Mitchellville, IA at 102 2nd St NW.
